The service was from good to very bad. Room cleaning was the disaster. We had to the room change, what we in the driveway of the hotel and at five o'clock in the morning until into the night from einfahrenden buses were waked. The change in a back section of the hotel has after a day smoothly. The 2. room was in the lower floor. Therefore we were every day of other animals visited (spiders, cockroaches...). After a complaint we were a room change offered.There are 2 restaurants as a buffet and 5 à-la-carte restaurant.

We spent our honeymoon from 18,02. 13 until 11,03. 13 in Mexico in the hotel sandos caracol select club adults only spent. Our deluxe rooms with jacuzzi in the select club was perfect. (enough room and everything was clean). The hotel complex is huge and very nice laid out. There is a small Maya-site and the cenotes are worth seeing. In the lobby was always staff present, the speak german have. The restaurants were great. Evening you could at the mexican and international restaurant always food. The staff through the bank very friendly and did his best. At the lobby bar you can down at the cenote sit, but since it is to best you take their drinks at the bar right, because there one looks only occasionally times past. The tables with a dry (ecological) paper towel wiped, but in the heat are stains, of whatever, just dried out and there would be less ecology better. First i must say, that the staff (except for the lady at the select front desk) always tried very hard and consistently very friendly was! As a non-spanish-speaking, one gets ahead with english and a few staff also along well with german.
The cleaning of the rooms was done daily (however, we have also always good tip ☺
As an additional service, is the 24 hours room service in select areas positive to mention.
(the touch 'good' is only the general service of the hotel, but not the select reception area!).

Massive hotel with scarcely 1000 room in 2-storey bungalows with in each case 12 room. We had
Pay for the club select (from 21 years) booked and had therefore a separate pool with
Club -restaurant for breakfast and lunch and a clubhouse with its own section of the beach.
For dinner but we had to the general buffet-restaurant La Laguna go, the always brimming with guests was. Very good and very nice the à-la-carte restaurant Riviera (mediterranean), brasil
(bras. Fleischspiesse ) and teppanyaki (japanese). Only against prior reservation-the steakhouse
