The staff are very friendly, it is actually every request immediately from the eyes. Here is the motto 'as you like it' the guest is.The restaurant is nicely decorated, every guest gets its own fixed table. The breakfast is very tasty, especially the eierkarte is very extensive. Really nice we also found the ganischgerhof panorama, a sort of small newspaper the morning for every guest was ready.
Evenings there were in the restaurant either the menu or à la carte. With the menu was for our (not gourmet) taste never something for everyone, which we eat and on the normal map … read more

Very friendly staff, always accomodating, the spa area fantastic, the room very tasteful furnished and large (35 m² ), the food excellent, quiet in the lounge (comfortably).

- What the hotel offersSince almost 100 years the hotel Ganischgerhof is family owned. In 2008 we have developed the special "Ganischgerhof Atmosphere" and the new moto "As you like it" was born. The four brothers of us Markus, Georg, Klaus und Andreas have pushed the South Tyrolean hospitality and created specia and personal offers.
- LocationOur hotel is located in Deutschnofen - in the valley Eggental - in the hearts of the Dolomites in South Tyrol. It offers an amazing view on the mountain Rosengarten. Public busses go a couple times a day to the 20 minutes distant city Bolzano. The city is famous because of its markets, shops, monuments and coffee culture. In winter our private shuttle brings you to the ski resort Obereggen - Ski Center Latemar/Superski Dolomiti, which is located only 7 minutes away from the hotel.
- AccommodationOur large rooms (28m² - 60 m²) are very comfortable. Bright wood and matching colours, comfortable sitting areas, beautiful bathrooms are common in all rooms. Balconies with beautiful flowers show the South Tyrolean living style. Our hotel has a total of 42 room, which are all named according to the surroundin mountains Reggelberg, Schlern, Rosengarten and Latemar. In addition we have the Landhaus rooms and three Tower Suites.
- Food and DrinkThe moto of our hotel is "As you like it". Our guests decide where they want to eat: Whether in the restaurant, in the lounge, in the chimney Stube or in the bath robe in the "SPA & Garden Bar". Pur chef cook Arnold Paris creates artful dishes, numerous fish dishes, typical South Tyrolean dishes, mediterrean dishes and much more. A good glass of wine is served from our wine cellar with over 220 etiquettes.
- LeisureSPA & wellness fans find the paradise on earth in our 850m² SPA center. You can choose between SPA, body therapy, fitness center and beauty treatments. In our beauty rooms we offer a variety of therapies, treatments and massages, which spoil body and soul. After the sauna or a turkish bath you can enjoy the mystic ice cavern or a bath in the indoor pool with whirlpool.
- Other facilities and servicesWe believe in personal and cusstomized packages for our guests. It is you who tells us what you want and we will organize your special vacation. Whether you prefer a hiking tour on the mountain Rosengarten, a mountain bike tour or a tour with your old-timers over the beautiful passes of the Dolomites, we offer anything your heart desires. Our lodge Baita Gardoné offers a mediterranean flair in summer: palms, a sun deck with a wonderful view on the Dolomites, a lounge, a beach volley ball field at 1700m and much more. You reach the Baita Gardoné with the cable car "Predazzo-Gardoné", by foot or in winter with skis. Our second lodge "Ganischgeralm" at 2045m is located also inObereggen. It is the ideal place for skifans and for sun bathing. Both lodges offer delicious food and refreshing drinks.
