Check-in and check-out were fast and uncomplicated. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location, great reachable. Breakfast was basic, but as much as you like. Excellent service, clean and large. We visited the Jacobs Inn under a class trip. From the airport you have to take a bus that runs up to the city center. We had initially problems, Jacobs Inn to find, because it's on a side street. Upon check-in, there was no problems and we checked into our room. Each room has bunk beds, some of which you get a good nights sleep, a rent-free safe, a large closet and a LCD TV, on the TV was however only Irish. I stayed at this hostel with my English course there for 5 nights. Check-in was easy and fast. Will give you a card, with which you have access to all areas of the hotel. This is the only Show you could use the elevator, open the doors ( which there are a lot of) and the own door will open. The many doors that open only with the map, I only small complaint, as this was always very annoying. We have stayed at in our room to eleven. Little selection of the Frühstücksbuffet however sufficiently for a few days. As already mentioned the tables were partly dirty.
