As mentioned in the breakfast room thick air, no greeting, no attempt, no motivation, unfortunately, because the damage rather nice hotel. Staff at the reception not lavish, but nice!A small room with 8 tables, if all simultaneously arrive, very chaotic! Nothing was wiped or cleared, so rather unhygienic! We used the hotel during a music festivals in Alexandra Palace ( Alexandra park). Thanks to the good bus connection ( stop directly in front of the hotel) one arrives to 15 minutes drive and a short, worthwhile walk the Palace. Also the underground station Finchley central is by bus in about 5 minutes reachable - from there you through the northern line connections direction Camden etc..
