Originally was in the same area the club amber booked, adults only. It was overbooked, it was more than annoying. The rooms the esmeralda are certainly the best the hotel. Great. Esmeralda is however more hotel than club, in the evening was the showangebot directly in this part the hotel opposite the amber in deficit, boring. The pools are good, couches scarcely and generally from 7:00 a. m. occupied. At least with sun protection. The food could have been good can be, but it was mostly lukewarm. This part of the hotel is unfortunately advanced. Thus this area soon very crowded. The beach is through the years hotel expansion already. The staff in the restaurants is unfortunately very poorly trained and runs already times with individual besteckstücken and individual plates around. The hotel is very nice, the complex is very well maintained. There were small trains, the tourists in a large area cruise. The staff is friendly. The food is good and varied, but very American.
Now about the bad part of the holiday: the beach was completely overcrowded (Rimini feeling), if not six o'clock in the morning to the beach and put your towel on a beach chair places, will come away empty-handed! People, a secluded, quiet beach are completely wrong here!

The mediocre rating of staff was based primarily on the skills and speed of service. In the evening the only existing bar (lobby) there were almost 30 minutes waits for a drink. The staff would rather be grouped in the buffet restaurant in larger groups and and held loud minute-long conversations without paying us any attention. As experienced in our previous vacations, this was always a problem of management.
