The hotel location was very good, short walk to the beach, bathroom small, but clean, room with carpet could be renewed, breakfast and dinner (half board) was plentiful and good, the staff was friendly, the guest structure was mostly retirees. read hotel review

Medium-large hotel. Reception opening hours: 9-17 hours In the run-up to 5 times called to i for the first time to a people into am. On e-mail was not reacted at all. But unfortunately had to someone reach, since we after 18 hours we arrived. Cleanliness: on the first view okay. In the rooms unfortunately not more. Inclusive services: we had booked half-board. The breakfast was top, the dinner according to the court also good. (a matter of taste) Guest structure: f 65 (except us and the zwillingspärchen with its about 4 years) Tip to the management: outdated advertising from ... the elevator subduct.     There is a large games room for the kids. Very nice! For 'large' is a ping pong table. Otherwise it is in the area was a little drab. Perhaps there is something out of it! There is a daily changing activities, which due to time reasons we didn't noticed.

    Friendliness at the reception: always the respective person dependent. Unfortunately sat always the same person for information on the counter. This was completely unsuitable. You saw the boredom by far at. Most appalled me the reaction of those young woman, as a holiday-maker in the hotel flew, because they have a small stage tumbled is. It has the registered but not been challenged, the condition to ask. As another guest still asked, who this woman there is, the tumbled is meant only: 'i don't know!' (missed only a yawn) Sad! Room cleaning: We have the beds made, it was not so crumpled looks, when we came back they were still sunday I knew that from other 3 - star properties different. Very carelessly. The carpet was a hygienic impertinence (according to the front desk upon check-out: hotelteppiche are difficult! Aha. ) Handling of complaints: neutral and businesslike. We felt we were at any time cordially.

Restaurants, cafes and gift shops are around located, but in january - march only 10% of them open, or between 15 and 17 hours Opening hours of other attractions are handwritten at the respective door and signs in front of the house notes. Only 4 stars, because these details anywhere show. (opening times...)

    1 restaurant (buffet form) Food was good. Unfortunately the fish at the dinner dry. Remaining food but without blames. Tables were clean, pool was well maintained. Restaurant staff was friendly, but except for a lady not quite cordial. My radler returned, since no carbonic acid in it was. Without faults it a new, unfortunately also without apology or explanation. General the staff was a bit slow. I am pleased, if the employees have fun, but the guest should have not neglected feel. Breakfast buffet was great! Large selection, well presented. Unfortunately was the coffee a few hours at the table and was therefore not more 'the knockout'.

    Had a 2 - room-suite (room number. 300) or family rooms Consisting of two large rooms, each with balcony and a small bathroom. The bathroom was for our purposes absolutely sufficiently, for families a bit cramped. (Motel One-size) The carpet in the room belongs urgently exchanged. Totally filthy - room never without socks the feet crossed. According to reception it would difficult hotelteppich clean to keep. Maybe a wooden floors or tiles an alternative?! Facilities living room: 1 tv, a table with four chairs, a couch (as very hard not long usable), wardrobe, mirror (no full length mirror), 1 bottle of water free of charge Equipment bath: toilet, shower, small sink, heated towel rack, door glass (who came up with that?!) Facilities bedroom: 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed, 2 cabinets, safe in the form of lockable nachttischschubladen, alarm clock Cleanliness: the bathroom was at the check in unfortunately also with a few hair and stains on the showering walls, but compared to the carpet it was not so tragic. All in all i expect from a hotel fussy cleanliness and it was not given.

We were now to 2. the hotel red earth, this time with half-board (definitely recommendable). There was as expected, nothing to complain about. Especially the food and the variety of food is unbeatable. The public is so 50+ read hotel review
