To 5 times spent we our vacation here. The outdoor area in their botanical variety unique.
Unfortunately the the old fashioned rooms do not match. Mold on the ceiling. Except one 50 centimeters wide towel rack in the bathroom or room no possibility to hang up something, in the closet are only 10 hangers.
The service deserves favorable three stars. Fridge, TV in need of renovation.
Staff always very friendly, willing to help and courteous.
Outdoor area and the kind staff earn 6 stars.

lunch and dinner in the hotel and in the room possible, but just average.the rooms are large room with balcony (view into the green). The rooms are in small Groups of individual houses with mostly 4 rooms per in the extensive green area of the hotel area was arranged, however the paths were short. If you like it quieter, should choose the Mercure. Unfortunately there is hardly a possibility of a drink at the hotel pool bar to take, to 22 o'clock tattoo and the chairs are rare. Strangely you got no receipts if food and drinks on the room have been posted. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and tried hard. The whole garden is very well maintained. Was OK but in the room it was very varied (or it was on tip). the staff were friendly, complaints but were not always eliminated.We had only breakfast, which was okay but always exactly the same. Always a kind of sausage, cheese zero variety.the rooms are getting very old, broken tiles, old decor (little storage space), wood was peeling off, the mattress was a disaster (worn out) and after 2 complaints not changed. Staff are very friendly and speaks good english.
Room always clean.
Kids club with beautiful outside area, very nice carers there, also could kid in the club to be ordered.
My children were otherwise loved the außenschach, bocce ball, the ping pong table, the pool table.The breakfast offered much selection, but tasted rather bland.
Only once did in the restaurant eaten, my fish was outstanding, but for Bali very expensive.I found the rooms are rather small.
The small couch in the room work base for one child up to a maximum of 6 years.
Nevertheless nice, since modern, particularly the bathroom.
