Housekeeping staff and staff simply and unprofessional.
Shuttle service to the train station partly with private small car of the staff in progress. Complaints from the owners ignored.1 restaurant with harbour views; dogs permitted; various fish selection; only a vegetarian reisspeise available (except salad); lasagna in microwave heated; radiators on windows verwirbeln warm air in the room; the closed plastic window were partly deformed and drafty.Cold smoke from the stairwell/hallway permeates the door ; for 128 Euro/night you could get a large double room with a view of the cutter harbour and modern tv, but very small bathroom without hair dryer … read more

The location of the hotel right at the port is very good. We had a room with view of the harbor. From the window we could the outgoing boats the Krabbenfischer and ferries to Spiekeroog watch. As well, many holidaymakers around the harbor. The gastronomy is varied, also the offer in the hotel restaurant is very good. As only house on site the kitchen also after 21 o'clock still open. The swimming pool with the new sauna facility is in a short on foot to reach. The second stay at the was rather good us not disappointed. We will be … read more

We had a dream room on the highest floor with direct view of the beautiful port. The room was nicely equipped, comfortable and clean.
The breakfast and dinner in the hotel own restaurant our personal highlights were.
You sat comfortably, the staff are always friendly and was always attentive and also to our special requests received. A plus was the wonderful view from the restaurant has.
We drive happily time and time again to this hotel.
Neuharlingersiel is perhaps nothing for someone who action but for the recuperation … read more
