The restaurant will cease to trade in its existing format on Sunday 18 July 2010 to allow for construction and refurbishment. The reopening of the facility is scheduled for December2010. During this period there will be an abbreviated food and beverage offering within the hotel as follows: - Full Breakfast will be served daily 6:30am - 10:00am in our waterfront function rooms. - Dinner will operate nightly from 6:00pm - 10:00pm in our waterfront function rooms. - Room Dinner Service will be available nightly from 5:30pm-9:30pm - We will not be operating lunch or cafe services during this period. - Conference, wedding and event facilities will not be affected during this refurbishment phase with service operating as normal.
