I have worked for many years in the very well located hotel with a great kitchen. Ludwig e. conjured an excellent menu every evening on the plates and also otherwise, with his daughter Andrea to be a very pleasant atmosphere. Also the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired. The 'Paul' is a very family-run hotel, we felt very comfortable there. The food wasHCLFHLthanks to the excellent cooking by Mr Eder. TheHCLFHLFood was always freshly prepared and alsoHCLFHLthe leisure activity options at this great presented. No wishes remained open. The hotel is situated slightly higher elevation, and the rooms have a beautiful view of Merano and the surrounding area.
