We were thrilled. Great hotel. We were in the 17 floor. Great view over Amsterdam. Great big room with great bathroom and great breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff ( check in already at 12 o'clock, car was parked, etc.). Directly in front of the hotel stop the S-Bahn. Short walk in de city. … read more

the staff were always friendlyat the nightly. Room service there was however from the side of the hotel a few English problem with the Communication.
the housekeeping came in spite of the 'please do not stören' Schilds at about 8 o'clock in the morning in our suite.in the evening should one of the restaurants in the immediate vicinity are visited, however we arrived because of not on the menu hotel's own Serre restaurant.
all in all the hotel has 8 restaurants and bars.
I sat on a bench with some pillows, for the raised comfort. Very comfortable.

Unfortunately the hotel could not correct it in hours exhibit Chassé parking. The communication in not at all right at home! They were always tried, but just try! Whoever heated toilet lid and TV in the tub wanted to look ... Forget the cleanliness in the bathroom, mildew on the ceiling in the shower, broken furnishings and peeling wallpaper! This hotel is in a convenient room should take renting out! Otherwise the money on another hotel! Nice is the location, with private Bootsanlieger! The breakfast buffet is very well laid out!
