Hotel with a good atmosphere. Breakfast, coffee and cake, as well as the dishes on the menu are tempting.
The portions are optically beautiful and extensive. The staff and the boss and boss are very friendly, helpful and engaging. We slept well and us top relaxed.
Nice holiday with excursions nearby and further area.

The hotel Schäferhof is a bit outside Schneverdingen in a beautiful Heidegebiet, but at the back in earshot a road. The isolated driving cars something disturbed, but I am, as my wife always tells, also very sensitive and hear the fleas cough.
We inhabited as part of a bike tour 5 the approximately 20 rooms. All very beautiful and responding furnished.
Unfortunately, there was a room for a 2-day stay with Fahrradgepäck very small. But here was the owner himself something, in order to satisfy.

The hotel is very peaceful location. There is very good hiking and possibilities for walks. In direct there is a tour of the Piezmoor (nature reserve) and possibilities for hiking in the Osterheide. Also Heideschäfer with German moorland sheep can be observed.
