An explanation for the mixed reviews: the hotel is still undergoing renovation to June 2011. If you want a room or in a modern the other is accommodated, seems to be crucial for the grade. We were very pleased. Especially the spacious bathroom, the location of the hotel and the friendliness of all the staff are incredible. My conclusion, the hotel is not with the time, it looks more like a home than a five star hotel. With criticism, for us at an unsustainable Pfeiffen the Batterie, was suverän , (change without problems), the gym and sauna area is only for a fee to use, but what is not at all, the breakfast buffet is (25 per person) very bad offer, sausage and cheese arc is, I could write a lot more here, it is a pity, because actually Hilton is also different! Than Hilton Gold Member there was upgrade to a deluxe room and lounge access. Great 2 storey executive lounge on the top floors. Free breakfast for gold there was also in the lounge or in the restaurant. Half olympic-sized swimming pool at the neighbouring fitness centre on hotel (better in clothes now, i am in bathrobe quite far to walk).
