We were for the 2. time in disneyworld. The last time the swan & dolphin, which for the honeymoon was perfect, this time in music. Already on arrival you are already fully in disneyfieber, everything very, great, turned off...
The whole complex is beautiful to look at. We were right at the back in the house 5, after a long day in the park is the a very nice distance (or quickly a coffee forward to get), but the way is worth it. We had large problems with our booked room (already booked in January! ). When we on day of arrival evenings tired arrived and us to our bed happy, we had to hear, that for us no room reserved was (booked with TUI ). The complex at the time was fully booked. Thanks to a nice manager we had a room for one night get, were booked 6 nights. We should the next morning come, then clarifies everything. Seven years ago were in a's all star resort, at the time of the movie, so we have us again for such a resort-the price is also affordable. Hotel is huge, 1920 room. The disney-service is going right at the airport, where you from the free shuttle bus picked up and brought to the hotel is-everything very well organized! The check in was super friendly. The cast members within the whole of the Disney world Area have excellent communication skills and look after you. You feel valued as a customer and they give you that magic extra touch for your magical holiday.
if you do not speak English you can look at the name tags of the cast members and they have flags under their names for the languages they speak.
The rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels were given when required .
Food court in the hotel is very unhealthy, Prices reasonable though. They do have healthy options but not many.
