Everyone is very friendly and hard-working - it was really fun and we were very comfortable.
The cleaning of the rooms must however significantly improved are - the only minor problem.
But this is certainly also shortly be repairedHotel angsana balaclava - a dream!
Great hotel in fantastic, peaceful location - whoever wanted entertainment and action here are looking for, is in the wrong place.
It is only 50 suites in different sizes and equipments, à la carte restaurant with a star level (but also the appropriate prices-bottle of wine under 48 €)

The staff is very friendly and obliging. English and french are not a problem and many also understand a bit of german.The hotel is really just the paradise! The staff attentive, extremely friendly and very interested. Therefore, that the hotel with about 50 rooms is quite small, also quickly personal contact ftate. The service in the hotel is very good, all employees are very friendly, gracious and helpful and provide you with tips. I would like to particularly emphasize the staff the front desk, the really for everything with advice. The service in the hotel is super. All of the staff spoke perfect english and always very friendly and ready to help. The cleaning of the rooms works every day spotless.The hotel complex with about 50 rooms is very neat and enjoys an idyllic location in the middle in green surroundings.Mornings there is a small buffet and to it a map, from the you also eggs, bacon... Order can.

Angsana balaclava is a really great equipped hotel. The food is top notch and the hotel itself offers everything that your heart could desire. However a few small handicap, there were still. The service might be somewhat expandable. The beach is well taken care of, but small. Extensive walks along the beach are not possible. The sea view is since it was close to the port of Port Louis and constantly the cargo bother us. Even a ölplattform we had within sight and an open view of the ocean we would have wished for.
