Staff are very friendly and always helpful. The most could speak German, apart from that could all speak English.We booked half board. The restaurant is more like a cafeteria. The room is very loud and you feel like in the school canteen! In the evening there was usually three courses, which one at the night before choosing had. Drinks were not included. As only 2 times in the evening in the hotel eaten. The rest were in the nearby restaurants. Since the set meals not that was what we had imagined and as it was very uncomfortable. As mentioned above only speak the ladies and men at the front desk and the cleaning ladies German respectively English. in the dining room it was very difficult with the staff to communicate.
Room were always thoroughly cleaned!Every day there was fish and pasta. For someone who does not fish eat was difficult full. I afterwards spaghetti without ate everything... We stayed 10 nights there, there was only 4 days meat.
Apart from that the food was nothing special, of a three-star hotel we would have expected more.

We have this hotel for the attendance of the wdw. Use, for a short break absolutely suitable, you can evenings wonderful by the pool at the bar sit, the pool itself is also very nice. The staff were very friendly and always ready when you needed her. Car park is a bit off the beaten track, but very accessible on foot.
