We ( family with two kids, 4 and 5 years) were on a beautiful beach holiday looking forward to it. Unfortunately we were very disappointed, that the pool was freezing, although with two heated pools advertised. Our kids had not least the splash around and swimming are in the pool looking forward to it. The television ( German program) did not work. One of the best family hotels in the last years. Had the suite on the ground floor with about 90 m² and garden. Stylish new room with a tv on the bed on the ceiling, 2 baths and a additional balcony. The staff were without exception polite, with good German language skills and helpful with any questions.Good, big breakfast and afternoon snacks and cakes. Evenings bar.Spacious room and bathrooms, with air-conditioning, 3 tvs (1 living room, 1 per bedroom). Everything very clean!A modern designer hotel, with clean spacious apartments. Service has in all areas fit. English at all staff not a problem, some had even good German language skills. Cleaning of the rooms also fine.The bar also on special requests (soft cocktails) gladly.
