The staff are always very helpful - however I was a bit shocked, as a triefendnasser new guest (cycling in tornado) first all Formalities of the declaration had to settle, before he be room could.

We had a short trip at the Mecklenburg Seenplatte for one night the hotel Reke booked, as always single room. You get double -as a single room, mine was extremely large, clean, the furniture dark and somewhat homespun, but everything was well maintained and comfortable beds. The bathroom is good, the shower perhaps for some a bit tight. Unfortunately was the room to the main street, therefore very loud, also at night while having the windows open. With the window closed you can hear very little.

We spent a week in the hotel reke short in a studio room. These are bigger than the also offered double room. On arrival we were friendly received and during the entire stay we could to answer questions to the nice staff. When we needed assistance, because we handed over a document to forget, was quickly found an easy solution. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, the dinner menu as well.
