The ddr design hostel-' take a time warp back to the east -Berlin the 70. and 80. years.'
Sounds in the first reading the website well. The accompanying pictures do the rest and wake up ostalgie for the viewers-functional furniture, the funkradio, the authentic wallpaper and honikerportrait are not only the feeling trusts. A couple of days in the 'original gdr plate' staying... Why not?

It was an experience however really only for one night more and more is not at all. The breakfast in the people's chamber but we can happy to recommend it was great. … read more

I have from the hostel more promised.
The bathroom was functional, is, shower, toilet, washbasin were available. In the shower was the sewage however clogged, so after a short time already the water be issued had not wegzuschwimmen.
For the price I had more service expected, of course, it is a hostel, a youth hostel in ddr-style, but somehow it was my expectation higher than what we have had.
Advantage is of course close proximity to ostbahnhof station and the city.

A booked double room turned out to be a twin room. The non-smoking rooms was right above the smokers place in front of the entrance. In the room there was no closet. This stood in the hallway. On the internet side mentioned shared bathroom, proved floors -toilet. Floors dirty, at the bed sheets were thrust pressures and on the table in the room were not exactly definable brown stains. On the malfunctions proved the employees at the reception as incompetent and unhelpful.
Despite notice of defects a cancellation fee of 90% withheld. As the 'feeling' quickly to the market economy accustomed.
