The service is really great, however the hotel reviews here not what foreign language skills are concerned! From 3 receptionists could not a single german. One is the english language, however, it is not a problem. Initially we thought the parking was free of charge however a daily lump sum of 19 €to.The hotel is in the centre luxenburgs about 2 minutes on foot the pedestrian area. The service is only positive!From the outside 'only a concrete block, inside then really a 5 star hotel, very good clean and tidy. Friendliest staff of the arrival until the departure. German language at the check-in, the changes on a triple room we were from the hotel offered. Friendly staff in the entire hotel, many thanks!Here only the breakfast buffet used. Quality and quantity of the buffets was very good, freshly prepared eggs/pancakes etc. Free in addition be ordered. Staff were courteous. The hotel is in the center from Luxembourg, the large pedestrian precinct is in 5 minutes to reach. Rapid friendly check in, they speak English and French. We were to the room 244 at the clubfloor accompanied. The room is equipped with flatscreen tv, mini bar, kettle with coffee and tea. Bathroom rather newer date, clean, with a shower and bathtub. The spa in the basement includes a smaller pool, approximately 6 chairs, an old sauna and steam room. Here is the time warp, as spa I would not really designate. This comfortable hotel is located opposite the wonderful city park at the heart of Luxembourg. The old town with its various shopping streets is only a few minutes from the hotel and links to the public transport network lie just a couple of minutes away (about 100 m away). Transfer to Luxembourg airport takes about 10 minutes.
Facilities
This hotel is spread over 6 floors and comprises 210 rooms, of which 54 are suites. A foyer awaits guests with a reception desk and lifts.
