Hotel The Grand Luang Prabang^{(4 stars)}

This hotel lies beautiful on the mekong. Our room was so, that we bed from the mekong saw. Simply great. The hotel itself is already a bit shabby. However for a short break very suitable. The breakfast there were directly above the mekong -a dream-. Breakfast didn't correspond to a four-star hotel but it was sufficient. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Luang Prabang is, however, with the hotel shuttle or small train easy to reach. The very nice anglegte garden and large pool tempt to linger. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms was very big, clean and tastefully equipped, a room safe was missing. Euro plug was the tv device. Free valuables in the hotel safe could be. We stayed at the grand for a Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam round trip. It is located about ten minutes outside right on the Mekong, the restaurant offers a wonderful view over the river valley. Nestled in a very nice garden are the guest houses spread. The infinity pool was very new laid out. The breakfast is not great, but OK. The rooms are large with a balcony or terrace.
