The hotel complex is just amazing. Already the entrance in the reception area is impressive: large chandelier on the ceiling, marble as floor, simply a 'wow' -feeling, if the door rising. Everything was super clean, the soils are sparkling. The vacation starts here immediately. The worst hotel that we have ever had! From our Egypt used to different things! Would be a wonderful area but only optically! Bad food unfriendly staff! Release in the food no glasses dirty dishes no clearing also tip was of no use. If we in Europa so the guests to deal with no one more and it seems in Egypt it will become less almost no people! This is the fith time we have stayed at the Mirabelbeach hotel, and this was the best ever. The food was excellent and of a very high standard.The staff were very attentive ,polite, and so well mannered The staff acknowledged the fact we had been there before which was nice Looking forward to another visit next spring read hotel review

    All staff are so friendly and nothing is to much trouble,we are from the UK and only know 2 words hello and thank you in Arabic, the staff all spoke really good English and communication was not a problem. The cleanliness of the room and the room attendant were fantastic these rooms were cleaned to a very high standard.

    The Hotel is not far from the airport which is good, the coach transfer was quick and hassle free, and the beach was 5 mins from our room.

    The heated pool was to warm for me I went in the non heated pool which sure cooled you off when its hot. Sunbeds were provided by the pool and beach really comfy too.

    Restaurants and pool bars - food was amazing so much to choose from, never had a bad meal so delicious. Drinks the cocktails are amazing and the local beer and spirits are fab too. We did tip the workers quite often only because they deserved it they work such long hours and do a grand job.

    Great size room, the comfort was really good and the beds are soooo comfy even better than my own bed. The room facilities are very good great TV channels Tea & Coffee making facilities, towels good size ones too, Shampoo, body lotion and face cloths provided. Cleanliness and age of building very well maintained.

The hotel area was beautifully designed. The superior room was large enough for a 3 people family. Cleanliness ok for the country. Unfortunately little german guests, but more russian and english. Partially appropriate behavior of the food, and so on. The eastern europeans read hotel review

    There were 2 buffet-style restaurant, but we only one use, as we had a child with us and the other only adults without children meals were, because of the peace. The meals were the same. Then there was an asian -, italian - and oriental à-la-carte restaurant (against payment). Were ok. The food in the buffet-style restaurant was okay. One gigabyte itself very much trouble. Unfortunately cleanliness was in a miserable. For example, we have breakfast gladly outside on the terrace, where tables and chairs and not in a überklimatisierten room. Unfortunately, the tables were dirty and it was not cleared away and no new cutlery refilled, so you had to help itself and everything yourself. The chairs were with bird droppings dirty and were not cleaned (also already festgetrockneter kot). After my wife at dinner a completely dirty glass (lipstick, fattest) with wine has received, for me is the thread and i have the waiters somewhat louder accountable. Then ignored this us completely and we also would have had to get our own drinks. Unlucky, but remained our budget for a tip. This fits unfortunately not to a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately you can not guests because of bad behavior massregeln. Many russians, brings money.

    The front desk was great. You were even in german language. One strove become fair the desires of the guests. Complaints were a bit before tackling. After turning on the travel agent they tried friendly the complaint to fix it. The room cleaning was typical for the country, was but after a little tip okay.

    Pool area was good and clean. Unfortunately, there was somewhat schirigkeiten with the slides. Times had our 8 - year-old son slides and sometimes not. Some slides were only from 10 years allowed. The slides were in the sister hotel mirabel park, we got no food and drinks. Complete nonsense. Animation, also for children was more on osteropäer cropped and repeated itself after one week.
