I was with my children in October in kiotari and was due to the reviews very skeptical. But you can easily drive. For us the hotel is getting a bit old and here and there needs a handyman out. However the staff are normally friendly and helpful, particularly the animation team and nectarius from the tavern. Room were cleaned daily and are big enough, the bathroom was a large shelf space and the silicone in the bathtub was new. Very well located, spacious laid out hotel with a lot of pools. The own pool on the terrace (1,20 meters deep) was very nice and tidy. Ideal for families with children. Staff and service-forces despite ' griechenlandkrise ' always friendly and accommodating. All inclusive with very extensive offer, but unfortunately a bit at the expense the quality. Incredibly unmotivated and unfriendly staff. What however also to understand is, if you can hear the since 5 months wages have not ceased. Positively mentioned should be the nice waiter in the tavern, only one waiter in the restaurant and the bar manager at the beach \u263a Huge restaurant with two buffets in the station concourses ambience. The food was unfortunately always cold, unsightly and tasted a catastrophe. The hotel was a catastrophe. 2 the hotel staff the work suspended, because since months had not been paid. We had fear to the front desk to go to questions, as they were always very nervous. I via 1-2 fly de (tour operation) the hotel with a view of the sea booked. Company 1-2 fly has a week before our trip, without asking the room changed and us without view of the sea given. The room with a view of the sea was still on the internet for 600 Euro more money. The cleaning ladies were very nice, but they … read more

The hotel is split in two areas. The rooms above the front desk are beautiful and modern equipped, comfortable but also more expensive. Also the pool is there beautiful. At the beginning we were in a less beautiful standard - room BELOW the front desk accommodated. After we because of from dirt on the floor had complained, we were 'upgraded' to a room in the upper area. This room was although not completely clean but in any case beautiful, with private pool.
