Once and never again this hotel. The pool in the 7 days where we present were not even cleaned. It was the sand in the pool and shallow pool. The ablaufgitter were partly black and broken. Flocci have it collected. Daily two bucket, I think chlorine in the pool emptied. Diving with open opinion was not possible, the children burned immediately the eyes and were red. From its here transferred. ( as well as 60 other German!) this hotel never again! Was middle September 2012 of about 90% East Europeans occupied. Fridge was from the inside rusty. Partly mold in the bathroom. Shabby hotel! Food very monotonous, no taste, partly burned or not. Usually only warm. Chairs on the beach worn out respectively broken. The star hotel only palace in mahdia, Tunisia, offers at this time of the year a great relaxation. The staff is very friendly and obliging. The rooms are big and well furnished (flat screen tv and 5 german channels). Beautiful heated swimming pool with whirlpool. … read more

It was a lovely stay over the new year.
To 90% locals as guests, which i found very pleasant.
A special highlight was the new year's celebrations, 600 participants, 60 tourists.

So we needed a doctor, after having complained at the reception the doctor was very fast since, it was a very nice man, came on the 2. day again and drove with me even to the bank so that i do not have to walk (is however not far, about 6 minutes) for him pay, which i loved and also a nice long conversation about everything possible him (in german),.

The staff are very friendly, men sometimes about too friendly (views of swiss passport). Foreign language skills (f, gigabyte, d, i) very good! The room was always very clean!
The massages are very recommendable, also the hamam.It has a large number of different bars and restaurants. The selection of drinks at all inclusive (alcohol) rather limited. Large selection, 2 theme restaurants. Tunisian very recommendable!
The food has we did not like, it was tasteless, partly. Raw, many salads already onions to. Luckily a relatively wide choice.
