My opinion: disaster!
99% of the staff i was as bored, disinterested, hostile visitors from the western world (you can go somewhere understand) and only hard, if you speak give a tip.
A star, because you have.The beach bar is very pleasant, although not very clean.
The breakfast is ok. The dinner was delicious and diverse.Here i could i am not at all comfortable!For me is sure: never in this hotel again!

Technical defects (electrical sockets) were not at all fixed. It lacks housekeepers, the waiters are for the cleaning during the meal times not responsible. Remain tables dirty and on the floor leftovers are.The atmosphere in the cafeteria is rather poor, everything way too dark.
There was mostly the same and you don't know what it is.Large, old. Many broken, no hope of quick repair.Where expectations are, are disappointments! The kuriat Palace a beautiful hotel, the however unfortunately is somewhat older. You see, that long not updated and the staff has partially its own concept of cleanliness. However in this country not expect too much. There are 4 stars as with us about 2 stars. There was no disaster, but took some getting used to at the start.

the staff were friendly and helpful. I was in a time, as seasonal and talk of alleged risks (Arabic spring) only a few guests in the hotel were, so the proportion guests to service staff almost odd boundary (about per guest a staff member).
on day 2 there was no toilet paper in the room. After this at the front desk complained was, was about 1 hour then later a role on the room brought.

From the outside hui from the inside pfui, this statement fits in this hotel the best, from the outside almost like a palace, we were glad to, but if you're in there was looked the whole thing different. We were 3. and had a double room with additional bed, it was only a klapperiges verrostetes bed on the doorstep, respectively only after asking.
