Staff: really friendly, of front desk, over cleaning staff, to service staff in the restaurant.
Front desk: English and German, apart from that English.
The cleaning of the rooms was immaculate.
We didn't have any complaints.We had half board, more than enough.
There's a restaurant, here all meals.
A bar was also there, we were never ever there, were evenings much on the way.
Great buffet: massive selection: meat, fish, pasta, green salads, curried salads, soups, desserts: ( cakes, pudding, ice, fruit, great rice pudding... Really ) there is something for everyone there.
Breakfast was very English: eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, very solid.

Staff are very friendly; language was only English. The room was cleaned daily. Otherwise, you also in the hotel constantly some people cleaning see.There is a dining room and a pool bar and an indoor bar (but was always to). There was much selection and also local dishes but everything tasted for me always the same. You had to everything very strong flavor. There was but also many fruit. Tips you have to not be. Completely fine. There are many British people but mainly families or older couples. The food is English but you can always get a alternative offered. What annoys: with 9 floors there are only 2 lifts and fit at best 4 persons this is the total weight value exceeded and then it's not more. In the week in which I was, fell each for 2 days a lift from. There goes one already times on foot on the 7th floor.

We are just a booking error in the travel agency in this hotel landed and definitely not recommend! The condes de Alcudia has no three stars deserves, it is in all areas completely used. We have only one night there spent, until we change and in the Playa Esperanza check-in was allowed! … read more
