First of all: we have the worst reviews for the complex not understood!
We had a great apartment directly at the pool, it was large and clean. The garden -complex is in the back part the entire complex, but to the beach it is just a stone's throw. Otherwise it is nice and quiet and comfortable.
The mini disco had to evenings of course with the standard program, but I unfortunately found, that the children from below the entertainers on the stage watch had.
About the food we can't say anything, we were self catering. But also only, since we our 4-month son … read more

The staff were very friendly and too many the German language, in case not perfect English. There is a children's entertainment ( mini club and maxiclub) we have however never used it, since we our small (4 years ) very good and varied able to examine)
Evenings there was a disco for children... Great! Our daughter has loved it. For adults it is however very monotonous, again and again the same songs and dances. The show afterwards ( for adults) we didn't like it too much, we are however also not so the entertainment guys;-)

Hygiene in the restaurant ok
And with the half-board you can't the restaurant choose, but should in the restaurant (similar a cafeteria ) on the first floor eat.

Cleaning of the rooms also okay.
Very good service there is also a laundry service, perfect childcare
You have a problem in rekortzeit done honestly.A large restaurant 3 bars the quality and quantity and drinks very simple great.
No long line in front of the opening the speiseraums everything was super.Big room furniture are outdated but not too bad all rooms with air-conditioning, tv beautiful big balcony or terrace a super laid out garden area, safe, telephone.Very clean accommodating the staff.

The staff were very friendly. The entertainers spoke good German and warenimmer in a good mood.We had all-inclusive and therefore could choose, where we eat. But always in the restaurant Mallorca, because we in the open food and in the dining room on the first floor. By the pool there was a bar with drinks, coffee and snacks.
