ClubHotel for businesstraveller, families and groups. 2 km / 3 tram-stations from Center “Augustusplatz”. We accept only onlinebookings with valid creditcards! In case of Bookings with no or valid creditcard we charge a caution of 150 Euro. All Payment is at the Checkin. Members have a special service. All other guests are welcome as sponsor of this special-school for international space engineering with Benefit-Hotel (non-profit). Reception from 4-8 pm, payment at checkin. Early- or Latecheckin per Hotelomat (extra charge 5 Euro). Parking in Hotelarea 5 Euro. Breakfast bufett 5 Euro p.P. from 8-10 am. All rooms with: TFT-TV (12 promotionfree channels via DVB-T); table/desk, free WiFi Internet. Some rooms have bathroom/WC, all other rooms have a washcenter (sink, big mirror, furniture) and a shared bathroom (shower, sink, WC). Sleep from 10pm. All rooms non-smoking (penalty for smoking in the Hotel: 150 Euro + cancellation of the booking). Smoke-area at the Garden.  Large garden (3500 yards / 3000 m²) for: breakfast in sun, barbecue (grill and dishes for rent), football, relaxing on the pool-area (sauna under construction for 2013), playing for the kids in the own small zoo (turtles, rabbits, guinea pics, fishes). NASA-Moonbuggies aviable for exclusive active programm. Water-heater, microwave and refrigerator for all guests in the summerkittchen. No restaurant in house, but supermarket and bistros in next 200 m. More activities: diving, canoeing, waterski, flying, wakeboard, etc.Rooms: All rooms have been renovated new (2012) and have a size of 11-18 sqm. Equipment: carpeting or laminate, flat TV with 12 commercial-free channels (DVB-T), free wireless Internet access, table, chairs, coat hooks, mirrors, windows and heating. We offer some double rooms with private bathroom. All other rooms are equipped with a washing center (large basin, big mirror, bathroom cabinet) and have several shared bathrooms on the floors (shower / bathtub, toilet, sink). From 4-bed room and up the sheets and towels will be charged extra (3 € / 2 €). Towels can be brought yourself. Single-, double- and triple rooms, everything is included. Breakfast: A breakfast buffet is available daily at 5 € per person in the breakfast room or on the sun terrace. The breakfast must be ordered the day before to check in time (8 pm) or can be ordered up to 8 pm daily via email.Reception opens from 4-8pm. Checkins before and after this time are possible with a valid creditcard and a servicefee of 5 Euro. All reservations are "Best-in-Center-prizes" with following rules: non-refundable rates, cancellations or no-shows will be charged with 100%.
