Room-1317 the hotel is 13. Floor reset. Therefore, the exterior rooms have a small terrace on the roof. My view of Times square, on the 48th. Right around the corner is a fire fight, what use can be noisy. As n. Y. C. but never sleep and always and everywhere noisy (at least midtown Manhattan) you can cope with this. The title says it all: the location is excellent, as only about 200 meters to the Times Square. Numerous shops and restaurants are in the immediate area of the hotel. The hotel is in great condition, the design like. That was it than but also with the praise. The rooms are so small, that you as a single person in a double room was hardly place. Small room, small bed, mattress was okay, bathroom was a disgrace, super small, nothing special clean, shower water only lukewarm. Air conditioning system dirty and not adjustable. In our case despite cold temperatures outside in the room like a sauna. No reaction to our complaint. The credit card for the door functioned only with every 5a 10 time. Also here only schulterschütteln on demand at the front desk. The state of the room was okay, would have but also could be better. The hallways to the rooms were at any time of the day needs improvement.

Staff at the reception was alright - the excessive friendliness of the staff in some shops you will find it here.
The cleaning of the rooms leaves much to be desired - if not the beds made and the towels hanged/changed if one would believe there is no cleaning staff.
Hair on the floor in the bathroom. Under the bed was still an original packaged damenstrumpfhose.
Door of my brother was the room service not closed. Was completely open, luckily nothing was missing. Staff at the reception the whole not really, reacted rather stubborn on the instruction that something like not allowed to … read more

Staff was satisfactory, check-in was quick, cleaning staff friendly.Big hotel in perfect location, 2 minutes to the Time Square. Rooms bigger than expected but very 'dingy', dirty! Wi-fi in the whole hotel free of charge, breakfast to pay extranullSize alright, very good beds, good to sleep. Decor nice. However : the windows were leaked, there was always a train to feel. The bathroom was with a bath equipped, everything unfortunately not really clean, even though we luckily not after impurities were looking for.
