  This hotel lies in the former industrial park Fundidora, directly adjacent to the Cintermex shopping centre to which it is connected via a bridge. The Chipinque nature park is around 2 km from the hotel. Monterrey is around 4 km, with its selection of nightclubs, restaurants and shops. Mariano Escobedo international airport is around 25 minutes from the hotel.
• Facilities
  Renovated in 2003, this hotel has a total of 246 rooms and suites spread over 8 floors. The building is air-conditioned and comprises a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a currency exchange facility, and lift access. Furthermore, the hotel features shops, a tobacconist, a café, the lobby bar Las Chimeneas with space for up to 100 persons, the sushi bar with its speciality drinks and the El Crisol restaurant serving national and international cuisine. The Holiday Club is to be found on the 7th and 8th floors.
