Friendliness the waiter leaves a lot to be desired, we felt as if we have to be grateful spend a night in this hotel to If we do not first greeted we were only stupid viewed, but later left The first three days was at the front desk only english spoken, our complaint on the first day not more easily made since we didn't speak english.The cleanliness in this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. In the studios was on the toilet lid a sticker 'disinfected' With lift the cover were brown traces of the previous tenant in the bowl. In repulse the bettuches … read more

the staff were very friendly and accommodating... the foreign language skills were for each nationality from the staff available... cleaning of the rooms was cleaned every day to the full satisfaction...a very nice hotel... what about 12 floors... the buffet was diverse... Something for every taste...In the furnished room was everything available... fridge, Stove, tv, safe, telephone etc..the location is just amazing... few meters from the beach... Destinations very close... the city also fast easy to reach on foot... for shopping, as well as to relax... everything available...!the pool it was cleaned every morning... A varied program evenings framed with Reptilienshows or live music... … read more

Our summary is, that we not 2 time go to this hotel are. This hotel is the last and the staff only under pressure and get the guests to feel. The chef should more for the hotel basketing, so that the guests again feel better. A perhaps two from the staff speak german. No cooperation to see by the staff. Food is ill-, worn rooms, hygiene left a lot to be, whether it was in the room, restaurant or bar. Entertainment, spar, wellness and fitness none. A stair machine in the hallway to the restaurant, that is no fitness center. … read more

This hotel has one of the best times a year ago ten experienced. Not well maintained, dirty, everywhere insects (ants, roaches, etc.) in the dining room. The food was so bad, that we ate out every evening, despite half board. Breakfast we after three days no more left. Complaints were pointless. The British and Russian guests seem to not to disturb this situation, they are also met several times at the meal. Just a word to the hygiene in the room: mildew shower, smelly and dirt smeared with balcony, rusty stove, and so forth an absolute horror. … read more

This hotel is situated only 200 m from the beach and the centre. The hotel is also conveniently located within metres of links to the public transport network.

Built in 1972, this hotel was renovated in the year 2000, and offers a total of 116 apartments and studios and 9 suites. Situated amidst subtropical gardens, the hotel reception is occupied 24-hours and there are 2 lifts. A bar, a games room and a restaurant are to be found within the hotel. Use of a car park is also available.
