One of the most wonderful experience... Everything was great... Starting with the bellboys on the staff at the front desk and the bar and restaurant staff to the beach-and animation staff... Just great... Who something else said... Has probably 6 star expected but '4' stars booked... Great food selection and tasty... If something was missing... It was on request immediately taken care of... To that great beach and beautiful sea... Pure relaxation was announced... Unfortunately only 2 weeks... However next year we are coming again... Very pleasant and friendly waiters! Complaints were only once limited delayed. Luckily i made at check in acquaintance with a personable, gutherzigen staff, the me by the 2. night a different room gave, although other employees could have stayed longer to wait... My first room was right next to one of the 'damned ice machines' (the hardly a guest needs), but very much noise and safe through an internal cleaner also at night (about every hour) creating much noise.Large complex, but nevertheless very pleasant with a beautiful view on the seaside from the balcony. Very nice, accommodating staff That not always speaks english but is very concerned everything to complete satisfaction things to do And the guest each desire from the fantastic. Location
The hotel lies directly on the wide, white sand beach in the hotel quarter, beautifully situated between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon. A diversity of entertainment venues, bars, restaurants, nightclubs and links to the public transport network are all to be found nearby (within 30 m). The centre of Cancún and the airport are both roughly a 25-minute drive away.
Facilities
Comprising 331 accommodation units spread over 8 floors, the hotel offers 240 double rooms, 72 single rooms and 16 apartments/studios. The lobby contains a 24-hour reception, whilst further facilities include a souvenir shop, a bar, 1 à la carte and 2 buffet restaurants (one of which is located on the beach). Guests may leave their cars in either the car park or garage.
Rooms
The pleasing rooms are air conditioned and come equipped with a bathroom, direct dial telephone, satellite/ cable TV, a double or king-sized bed, a hire safe and a balcony (with either view of the sea or lagoon).
Sports/Entertainment
Outside are 2 swimming pools with an integrated children's paddling area, a swim-in bar, a poolside snack bar as well as a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Guests may also make use of the gym or, for an additional fee, the massage service. Sports such as tennis, table tennis, cycling/mountain biking, beach volleyball and a variety of water sports are available nearby on the beach or in the lagoon. Entertainment programmes are organised for both adults and children during the day and evenings, including live music and shows.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are available in the form of a buffet. Lunch and dinner may also be taken à la carte. Guests are welcome to book an all-inclusive stay.
