the staff were super-friendly and nice. They were always hard-working, to anticipate every wish and small Chat.
some attempted even with a few Breaking Into German to surprise. A German Receptionist was locally, but English should you on a Canada vacation already ☺
the cleaning of the rooms was exemplary. They were every day extremely meticulously cleaned and vacuumed.We had only breakfast booked. This was really great. Very tasty delicious, a big selection and for German guests very interesting-even typical American.

Solid hotel close to the city center with restaurants, bars and shopping. On the ground floor of the hotel are also available with wide variety store. Our room was clean and equipped with two Queen beds, the bathroom was big enough. The breakfast buffet was excellent stocked (fresh fruit, freshly prepared omelettes's). We had booked the hotel for four nights as part of a transport connections. It was in a great central location, so that you in the evening comfortably quick shopping or eating out could, as long as you don't want in the hotel. We visited the various ski resorts and were very happy with this choice. The breakfast buffet was great and the Canadian evening. … read more

The friendliness of the staff was very high. At the reception welcomed us two German employees. As we only had one night, I can only say, when we arrived the room was clean and tidy. For dinner we wanted to stay in the lower restaurant. The only down side, a huge group who stayed at the hotel the the restaurant Besieged. The receptionist said that it would only from the restaurant in about an hour a free seat. Provided we did not want to wait and went to the village Mexican food. The first impression of the room was very basic, especially the bathrooms. However, it was everything one needed was available. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Everything was freshly prepared. The location of the hotel is optimal into the center of town. The ice stadium worked and well organised. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The sauna area was new and we used on a daily basis, as it was very cold during the day (minus 25°C). Here there were sometimes a few hygiene deficiencies.
