Conclusion of the few days, no trace of relaxation:
The maid service was unfortunately also not always face, you had to tell her or show what is. At the breakfast buffet were old rags and bowls from the kitchen as catchment under the kaffeebehältern and tea.

The hotel is nice and very spacious, but the management and sanitary conditions were so bad, so I immediately after the 2. day an official complaint with my travel guide submitted respectively an appointment met.
In short: I was on the 3. day just in a other hotel ' Kenzi Europa' misplaced, that a category higher and service was better :-) it was absolutely no comparison, it started at the entrance at, so much friendliness and warmth and at the front desk the professionalism, the also German-speaking were.
