Service and friendliness are available at the u chiang may good.
English is well understood, room cleaning good.
Dealing with complaints luckily professional and very good.
Unfortunately, we had on the first night (sleepless night ) a room which because of unbearable noise (roar of a generator? Behind a wall) complained had to be. We were givern the next morning without any problems a room in the 2. floor with a pool view. Luckily!We only booked with breakfast included.

You can only recommend this hotel. We had for 4 nights a room on the ground floor with a view of the pool and a private entrance into a further pool. The rooms including the bathroom were more than clean. This hotel would certainly have a fifth star, but the size of the room, the however absolutely sufficient is, is this perhaps not.
