We haveChristmas in this hotelspent and were very satisfied! Really bad & not for German tourist recommendable

The hotel is old. The lacquer is off, the garden area leaves however nothing to be desired. Very nice. What I really 4 weeks in Parliament, is the view of the Teide. From the restaurant from. The shuttle bus buses are unpükltlich & unreliable. It is not advised, that they for example at vacation days afternoon not the annoying. There is no info folders with the offered of the hotel. There is the recent reviews' not complain-but enjoy the vacation' and ' don't talk-there is nothing to moan about' hardly anything to add. We were for the 2. time there and will come again. We had again a room with teideblick and half board plus and were during the day with the rental car and on foot on the island and, of course, in puerto on the way. Are now already the 5. time in this hotel. And have always a great vacation had. I can't understand, the supposedly with guests the room not cleaned. Our room was every day completely cleaned, also the balcony. Fresh towels there was for our needs. Towel on floor means, please new ago. When our tv all, it took no 4 hours and it was repaired. Fridge for the whole 14 days cost total 2,00 Euro, no reason to complain, do some judgers already enough. The reception is friendly and competent. Fremdsprachenkenntnisse are especially the service staff not always enough, but they were always very friendly. The cleaning of the rooms could be better, if the ladies not so obviously under time pressure.Over the quality the food only so much: i didn't like it.The furniture the room should be replaced. For ruheuhe searching 50 and very good adequate. Younger should go elsewhere and not fun and rock or bring your own, which are not there. Pool perfect clean and heated. Food spice, that is a seasonable is required. Varied buffet with frontcook in the morning and evenings. Always fish! Full board not necessary.     This comfortable hotel enjoys a peaceful, rural location in the El Durazno district. The public transport network is around 10 minutes from the hotel and can be reached by car or on foot. There is a vast array of shopping facilities as well as numerous restaurants, bars, cafés and many other entertainment facilities nearby (around 10 minutes away). The beach and resort centre are just 2 km away.

    This tastefully designed hotel, decorated in the Canarian style, comprises a total of 248 rooms spread over 5 floors. There are magnificent views of the Teide and the valley from most of the rooms, the cafeteria, the terrace of the swimming pool and the terrace of the restaurant. The hotel features a lobby area with 24-hour reception, money exchange service, Teide café, a buffet restaurant, salon bar and Internet access. Guests can relax in the charming 15000 m² garden and Acquaplaya health and beauty centre.

    The comfortable rooms come with an en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, direct dial telephone, satellite TV, mini bar, hire safe, as well as a fan, centrally controlled heating/air conditioning and balcony or terrace.

    Guests will find shady trees in the spacious gardens, a pretty swimming pool area with slides and a hot tub (not suitable for children under 16 years), sun terrace, loungers and parasols as well as a poolside snack bar (open throughout the day) with an inviting seating terrace. Sports enthusiasts have the opportunity to play tennis, carbine, mini golf, shuffle-board, giant chess, as well as use the gym (some additional fees apply).
