Bathroom :mold in the bathroom, dripping taps, tiles dated, new shower's wall the bathroom leaked-bad silikoniert, the floor will be wet, so rather dangerous! Room: not close closing door to the hallway or restaurant - according to!, Window completely leaking-it attracts in the winter rather!, Staubflussen flying through the area! Tv: old small crt televisions; loud mini bar; Color in is soon urgently necessary! The stukatur that down-is gone; Hallway: decoration and mirror totally dusty: i have a heart on the mirror in front of the lift paint can! The historically-themed hotel is in has in the summer at 25 degrees certainly good to stay, at 35 degrees but you can tell, that an airco is missing. Through large windows warmed up our room significantly on, the fan brought not much. The breakfast was hearty and of good quality. This elegant hotel is located in the beautiful Steiermark in Graz. The hotel lies in the old town near the main square with plenty of shopping opportunities close by. There is a casino within walking distance, around 2 minutes away. There is also a stop for the public transport to be found just 500 m from the hotel.
Facilities
This traditional hotel has been family run for the last 100 years and is built in a Baroque style. It is spread over 4 floors and comprises 62 rooms of which 2 are elegant suites. The lobby with a reception desk open 24 hours awaits guests and includes lifts as well as meeting and events rooms. Special features of this hotel include a cosy bar, a Viennese café and a restaurant in a Baroque conservatory, which is particularly inviting with its delicious cuisine.
