We were there for the 2. time, it has not much to 2011 changed.
This time, i have directly via email in the hotel reserved (may 2012) and after a special price asked and this also prompt.
This time without breakfast booked. There lots of restaurants next door breakfast offer, of course, you can at a charge in the hotel breakfast. New is the there is now a menu in every room there is. In the hotel you can now food from the baan pan tai order, up into the room are served.

great staff, very friendly, the whole complex was very clean. Not all of them spoke English but front desk and the breakfast girl speaks enough English. Cleaning of the rooms every day very, very clean. Of note was that there was only a large towel daily per guest there.
1 (breakfast) restaurant in the open with 7 tables (enough, as Thais don't eat breakfast) to choose from and eggs roasted or scrambled egg with ham Tomatoes toast butter or twice marmelade with orange juice and coffee ( Saecco).
