  The hotel is located in Downtown Aspen, just steps away from shopping, bars, delicious dining and Victorian mansions. Regardless of the season, Aspen is home to great outdoor recreation including skiing, biking, hiking, golf, fishing, white-water rafting and more. Aspen is also home to many art galleries and museums within the city. The Aspen Mountain ski area is 1.5 km from the hotel and other nearby places of interest include Snowmass Village (13 km away), Buttermilk Mountain (6.8 km away), Crested Butte (61 km away) and Grand Junction (two and a half hours by car). Denver International Airport is some 294 km from the hotel.

• How to get there
  From Aspen airport, turn right (east) out of the airport onto Highway 82. Follow Highway 82 until reaching Aspen. Highway 82 becomes Main Street. Stay on Main Street until Monarch Street (2nd traffic lights after the S-curves). Turn right on Monarch Street. Stay on Monarch Street for two and a half blocks. The Lodge will be on the right (Wagner Park is on the left).
