For city breaks perfect.
In couple minutes to the S-Bahn or subway-station.
Had also 1 times breakfast buffet. Was very varied, fresh and delicious.
The price was really good. The only thing which I personally too expensive find were the parking fees of 8 Euro per day.

For the convention (5 minutes footpath) ideal and the car can directly in the underground garage stand still. The room is simple, but clean and with a spacious shower, Tilting window that could and tv. Wi-Fi in the house and free internet portal in the lobby.

Hotel is okay, but no more the newest, but the furniture in the room regards. The bathroom is a abgekapselte wet room.
Had at the front desk somehow bad luck, for check in about 20 to 30 minutes queued.
