All employees are very nice and friendly and work hard to fulfill all wishes. We were in the hotel for the first time and one from the hotel addressed by name. Representatively for the entire staff are here the ladies r. and b. and mr gram syndromal. It is a pity that you are only six stars can give.Beautiful bar for the end of the day. Friendliness, atmosphere at everything great. We had no complaints, therefore we can not comment.We had a romantic weekend. This was a 3-course, and a 5-course dinner included. Both menus we have a change of the order made, because the main course not to our taste was. Not a problem! Very accommodating staff both at the front desk, as well as in the service area. One evening we have in the hotel eaten and the service was excellent. My wife and I were enthusiastic.Breakfast buffet was so, as we expected, fresh, sufficient and abwechslungsraich.
