The ladies at the reception always after the slogan 'the customer is always right' behadelt. With a smaller complaint came immediately the boss personally. It was immediately to our satisfaction solved.To the local center are only a couple of minutes on foot, there is also the hotel where it the food there was. We had for dinner a place in the bar. It is also quiet and more spacious than in the dining room.

This wonderful Alpenpension is on the edge of Ellmau. It is a lateral road reachable. There is little traffic, more agricultural vehicle's. We had a room on the first floor with a view of the Hartkaiser (1553 meters). On the back the guesthouse were the balcony to the wilder Kaiser. So no view into the mountains was built up. A parking was in the yard the guesthouse.

The guesthouse is located on the edge of Ellmau uS is nevertheless very centrally located.
We were already in different rooms accommodated, we were always satisfied.
In the entire house, it is very clean and peaceful.
The breakfast is varied and also the atmosphere is during the meals very pleasant.

The staff are very friendly and attentive what the service regards! The menu came in pleasant intervals.The breakfast buffet, as well as the 4 hallways were top / top.Nice guest house, clean, comfortable tv in the room.We have on site the half board ( noodled) therefore have the wellness area can use...
