Had a lot of criticism on the staff read. Perhaps we had also only luck. At the reception we were always friendly welcome. English spokenWe had as already written only booked breakfast. There was fresh fruits every day (watermelon, apples etc.). Also omelets and fried eggs were freshly in the pan prepared. On the first day we had to rise around tea to order, but on the next day we were already at the inlet to tea.The room was huge and the condition was okay. The all of the staff speaks english.
Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
The front desk is 24 hours manned.
Ein-und to check out erfogt in the nighttime fast and smoothly.
Daily cleaning of the rooms very satisfying. Daily towel and linen change
Laundry we didn't use
Reason to we had no complaints!
Our own adaptor (cheap from the store ) we could not use. Over floor staff we have this immediately free of charge.
The staff in the breakfast room is fast, but you had the impression the ladies must not smile.There is an italian and korean restaurant. We have these mangelns possibility we didn't visit.

Alone the hotel is not bad. There is a good connection to the metro and buses. The breakfast is extensive and it offers variety. That was it also, what i in memory. The check in was quite fast, but waited we forever until we check out was allowed. Largest point of criticism is the noise. Unbearable it collapsed until the wee hours of the morning in. Unfortunately the hotel's own shuttle bus only once daily to the beach goes.

The hotel is located in the businessgebeit and a few kilometers from the sights of interest, although taxis one comes everywhere very cheap there.
Staff were very rude, had no overview, hardly a smile in face and may almost no english (too many asians),
Breakfast had a very strange odor the appetite sales.
Fom the night club ( camelion ) came up in the early hours loud music through the whole house club is on the 15. floor and we were on the 6. floor!
Tv were very many programs but only 1 german (ARD)
