Location
Beside the Topkapi Palace and a few hundred metres from St Sophia, the hotel is located in a charming, quiet street where local families still live. Restaurants, bars and cafés can all be found in the vicinity around Sultanahmet. Shops as well as links to the public transport network can also be found within a short stroll. Atatürk International Airport and Sabiha Gökçen International Airport are about 14 km and 44 km away, respectively.
Facilities
This 19th century mansion was once occupied by a master perfumer and is now a family-run wooden hotel with 8 specially decorated rooms that was fully refurbished in 2010. The hotel prides itself on offering a personal, customised service and has free Internet access. Guests of this city hotel are welcomed in the lobby. The hotel also offers a breakfast room. In addition, there is a small rooftop terrace with panoramic views of Hagia Sophia, the Bosphorus and Marmara Sea.
Rooms
The rooms have traditional Ottoman-style decoration and wooden handmade furniture but with modern conveniences. Decorated in rich colours with wooden floors, they have Internet access and the modern en suite facilities come with a bath or shower and a hairdryer. Double or king-size rooms are available.
