Very friendly staff. Tried to speed.Breakfast corresponds to the starsVery clean, however as hrsgast only a small corner roomStaff are very friendly. Everything very clean. Sauna only on register and since only for two people. Should a single person book, must the next one and a half hour wait. My application was then forgotten. The entrance to the left is a wonderful room with a view of the lake however unfortunately only for seminar guests was reserved. A background noise as in the station concourse. Very unpleasant. We had the romantic weekend with eBay booked. The location of the hotel right on the lake is fantastic. The mooring is only some meters away ( we had the tell-pass-you can 2 days the ships respectively the funicular railways use, which with good weather a great thing is ).
The service is very good in all areas! The food is can only be recommended.
The room was nice and big and very clean. On the first evening everything was beautiful with rose petals decorated. So really romantic. We will definitely come back again. … read more

Cause was a family reunion with 11 persons a 80. Birthday, age structure 3 until 83 years, 3 double room + 1 single room (2nd floor, two of which are corner room), all with lake view. We booked 4 romantic arrangements with two nights, half board and kind Tools. Prior to gave generous child policy convinced, because the 2 times 2 Juniors were free in the room the particular Parents staying. -environment: when we in fountain arrived, US the location the Waldstätterhofs once the tongue.
