The huge hotel consists of six or seven individual hotels ( I eventually stopped to count, I was the trouble not worth it). In between long walk - respectively fahrtwege also an issue (I believe, we have never had so much to movement in a beach vacation as in this). Staff very friendly.
They spoke russian, italian and english, german no trace.
Room cleaning okay. However, for the cleaning probably the balcony door open, since the mosquitoes then in the room nice quartered have.
Complaints were immediately dealt with.When entering of the restaurant Coral bay shock. Train station bar similar. Loud, food was often under the tables, also on the tables not better, dirty cutlery was clean vomit. Russians had the upper hand. Have immediately a change in other restaurant required. I was in the prestige. The room was very spacious and had a roar tv and jacuzzi bath tub older art. The staff were very friendly. Wi-fi was unusable. For e-mails reached it. The breakfast was a highlight opposite the all inclusive-buffet. Freshly squeezed juices and fresh gefilteter coffee instead of instant coffee and syrups with water in all-inclusive after my complaint about a defective kettle was the caretaker within 60 seconds since. One has a free elekrocarservice available, the one on call to any point in the massive Areal brings here. … read more

Despite the linguistic difficulties relatively good. The staff were nice and friendly, room clean and tidy. Mini bar was unfortunately never refilled.A giant complex, where we only a only all inclusive restaurant book. The oberknüller ever. As I have never experienced something like that... Usually you always zig restaurants to choose from, but here? Holla the waldfee-bird friß or die respectively iss and hit you with mediocre russians and italians rum, the unasked to you at the table, and the entire restaurant zusammenbrüllen. The fremdsprachenkenntnisse leaves with a majority of the staff to be desired. At the front desk rather broken english and the waiters and bartenders speak almost no english, rather italian and russian.
The rooms were always regularly cleaned, towels were changed the beds made and the mini bar filled.There are on the whole Areal several restaurants. Until we the restaurant found in the we food (wide restaurant) we were in various other restaurants to to go and this restaurant (and only this) to visit. Lots of Russians and Italians, were I think the only German. Staff spoke bad to no English except at the front desk. Wellness area is very good but also only, because it is independent from the hotel and too many Italians are, but very friendly. Dining is not at all recommendable, food is always the same and cold.
