The beach is approximately 100 m away, and local amenities, including restaurants, bars, pubs and shopping venues, are approximately 200 m from the hotel. Meanwhile, the quaint Cunda or Alibey Island is only 7.5 km away and connected by a causeway with frequent local transport links. Adnan Menderes Airport is approximately 160 km from the establishment.
• Facilities
  This large 103-room beach hotel consists of a main building with annexe wings. It has a large welcoming lobby with bamboo tables and chairs and large sofas and armchairs. The hotel facilities include a lobby area with a 24-hour reception, restaurant and café, as well as a lobby bar and a meeting room. The hotel also has its own section of the 7 km-long beach and provides sun loungers and parasols.
