The staff are very friendly with the exception of the woman at reception who is incapable of dealing with complaints. Following the over-booking she tried to fob us off with a free drink and free access to the safe, just pathetic!You'll have had enough of the buffet after 10 days, even though it's relatively varied and substantial.
