The hotel is somewhat outside of Schwandorf on a hill. Thus you have a wonderful view over Schwandorf. Friendliness was capitalized, starting on the front desk until the departure. The rooms was nicely big and everything very clean. At the breakfast buffet you found everything you to start to the day needs. We have stayed at this hotel more often and we have always said, that this hotel is not three, but four stars deserves to be. The rooms are very large, everything is perfect at the beaten path (you can tell, that the family itself in order to the hotel took care), the cleanliness immaculate, the service was accommodating, the breakfast plentiful and in the internal restaurant we ate the best pumpkin soup of the year (as well as the other meals were very delicious). The hotel offers everything you need. It is probably in the 90er years renovated, so the material model look. Everything was clean. Unfortunately, however, the hotel lacked attention to detail: upon arrival no one was at the front desk, a telephone stood there with the words, if nobody there you should please call, now that the technology wondering did not work.
