Large area with many rooms, however, at the moment, due to the small number of guests only certain living areas in use. The main restaurant and the italian specialty restaurant 'vista mare' is in a central location, the very generous landscaped beach is all rooms easy to reach. The plant one sees in some parts, that they no longer are brand new, yet it is in a very good condition and above all very clean and well maintained. We spent 12 wonderful days at Hotel Cleopatra. The staff is very friendly, hospitable and ready to help. The rooms are clean, large swimming pools, perfect sea. Especially like to thank animation team and guest relations. We will come again! read hotel review

In this hotel we spent unforgettable week. The hotel is located in a beautiful location with a beautiful long beach which offers numerous activities both on the water and on the beach. The hotel has 4 beautiful pools that include a large surface area with a fantastic view and surroundings and there are also pools for children. The food in the hotel was of excellent quality available all day and everyone can find something wath they like. The staff is extremely helpful and hospitable carefully. Cleanness is at the high level. Content from night, there are bars, disco, theater where ... you can see interesting performance and programs. The rooms are quite spacious, our room in particular was like a small apartment with the size thet we were delighted. Transportation to any part of Hurghada or further is always available with great comfort. At night, the hotel is very nicely lit, giving the impression of a romantic atmosphere. In every respect, we had an unforgettable holiday and we will gladly come back again. The best hotel in Hurghada in our opinion. read hotel review

It is a really super nice hotel. Very nice rooms, especially large and spacious. Very good possibilities for excursions. The restaurants were delicious. The buffet in the main restaurant was always good. The service in general was super satisfying and always there for you. Room service was great! For animation team I can say only good. That reminds me of one of these team members is particularly noticed: Fabio Elghazoly. He has always given his best to join to animate one to do so. Excellent holiday. Very clean. Very friendly. No problem with food and drink. Great experience for our first Egypt holiday. Thoroughly recommend for a care free holiday with clean rooms, great staff,clean complex. And best of all no mosquitos. Would definitely come again, recommend all the restraunts and choice of swimming pools. Good 5 star. Allen & Jan P.s.great place for snorkelling at the end of the pier. My husband and I spent a wonderful two weeks at the Cleopatra resort 15th-29th September. Overall the holiday was great with only a few problems. When we arrived at the hotel we asked to check in, then to speak to the Chef as I have a latex allergy and would need my food prepared separately without gloves. Reception said that we had to wait to check in & so I spoke to Chef Ahmed who was so friendly & his English was perfect. He showed me around the restaurants & introduced me to Chef Ayman who was to be cooking ... all of my food & I felt very happy & safe. It took reception 2&1/2 hours to give us the room key so we could drop our things off and go to eat. We were given no information from our travel rep and no wrist bands. When we got into the room we had 2 single beds so we asked to change which they did 2 days later. The next morning when we went to reception to ask if there was a welcome meeting with our rep we were told off for not wearing our wrist bands that we were not given! We also had messages from our travel company which were not passed on to us & when we left, the reception manager had a row with our tour transfer but would only speak to him In Arabic despite our guide asking him to speak in English so we understood what was being said. When we were moved rooms we were at the Beach hotel (above rock lobster restaurant) it is quiet there and has its own pool which is lovely. What pleased us the most about moving rooms was that it introduced us to Ahmed A. (Juliano) he works the bar in the evening 6pm-1am. He truly is amazing. I don't really drink but he made me special cocktails asking what I liked & didn't and he always got it right. He is a true entertainer and kept me at the bar all night every night (which pleased my husband as I am normally in bed by 9pm!) He really made our holiday special, he does all he can to please his guests and speaks very good English & Russian. He makes you a drink before you even ask for it as he knows what his guests want & he remembers everything. A big thank-you Juliano. If we hadn't moved rooms we would have never of had the pleasure of meeting him & our holiday I'm sure would have been very different. At the main restaurant Mustafa M. was by far the best waiter. He took time with guests making sure they were happy and well looked after. He remembered what drinks you liked and was so helpful during our stay. The hotel in General is the cleanest in Egypt and the food is by far the best. A big thank you to Chef Aymen & Ahmed who looked after me during the stay. We did a few excursions which were not quite as they were sold. The Griften island was the best value for money. We were picked up by our 'You Travel' guide and taken to another hotel from where the boat picked us up. We were waiting to get snorkels only to discover our guide had gone on the boat without us! Luckily there was another group that had arrived just after us & I spoke with the guide with that group and Kareem K. said we could go with his group. We had an English speaking guide on the boat & Kareem was the guide for the Germans but he spoke much better English so he had to translate for me! Without him I think we would have been stranded at another hotel and would have had a very different experience that day. We tried the parasailing at the hotel which was fun but it it advertised as 15 minutes but we filmed it and it was sadly only 7. We did get €15 off the bill but still it was less than half the time we were expecting. All of the staff were so friendly, apart from a few at reception - one of which after reading the form you fill in when you leave, gave me a stern talking to and told me I wasn't to put about my problems with reception on Trip Adviser (sorry to you!) Despite a few problems we would definitely go back and want to as soon as we can. It was my best holiday ever and a few special members of staff certainly changed it for the better. Guests found this hotel to be a good alternative among other offers, with friendly staff and good location. The hotel is located in a big complex with 530 luxurious rooms, conference rooms, nightclub and bazaars. A big aquacentre with 8 swimming pools and spa is available. Architecture is warm and welcoming with a touch of Arabian designs. Check out is at 12 o’clock. The facility is adapted for disabled guests.
